We currently accept payment by cash on delivery only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to your specified address.
No online payment, credit card, or bank transfer is required or accepted at this time.
Delivery is included in the product price for all orders within Morocco. We aim to deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours from the time it is confirmed, depending on your location.
While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy page.
Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are arranged directly with the customer.
